گزارش نهایی بررسی تاثیر منفی الیاف نارس بر ظرافت الیاف پنبه و کیفیت نخ تولیدی

Cotton maturity and fineness are both important fber properties in the twxtile mill lay down. Some sepecific yarn and fabric properties associated with maturity and fineness include dye uptake, nep formation, strength, uniformity of yarn and resistance to surface abrasion, there fore, fore evaluating damage of immature fber onfineness and other characteristics this study was carried out in two region (Varamin and Gorgan) during 1998. Data were analyzed inform of RCD with 4 factors (Var: 2, Region: 2, time of picking: 2, fiber maturity include mature, mature and immature, immature: 3) and 5 replications. The difference between treatments for I. Micronaire were significant at 1% level for time of picking and maturity of fiber. The mean results comparision by duncan,s multiple range test showed that (3.85 I. M for fiber mature, 3.14 belend of fiber mature and immature, 2.75 for immature fiber) In fact about 30% reducing of Im for immature fiber and the effect of region has seen on fiber finencss, olso for other characteristics the difference between factors were significant at 1% level for 2.5% S.L, 50% s.l, fiber percent age, uniformity and strength.
