استخراج و شناسایی برخی از سزکویی ترپنوییدها در گل بابونه

The genus of Matricaria chamomilla L. is one of the important of medicinal plant'i used in medicinal and cosmetics industries . Plant material wcre collected, 22 KIn. :1way from Kazeroon city on App. 1997, and essential oils obtained from t10werheads by two different mcthods(Hydrodistillation & steam distillation). The oils were analyzed by capiJIary GC and GC/l\.IS. ~:Iain components for hydrodistilation method, representing 93.39 ~'O of total oil were, o.-Bisabolol (56.86 %), trans-lral1s-Fi\mesol 05.64- ~'o), cis-I3-Farnesene (7.12 ~'o) , Guaiazulene (4.24 %) and ch.1mazulene (2.18 0) which are 86.04 qo from whole the oil. t\,.fain cornponcnt<; for steam distillation method, representing 95.61 % of total oil \vcre, cy.-Bisabolo1 (51. 72 ~'o), trans-trans- Farnesol (15.33 %), Guaiazulene (10.51 %), cis-I3-Famesene (9.48 ~/o) and chamazulene (3.69 '?-'o), which are 90.73 % from whole the oil. a-Bisaboto~ a major component of matricaria: is reported to have anti-inflammatory, can used in our medicinal and cosmetics indUstries.
