Investigating the mental health status of women with addicted spouse

The aim of the study was to determine the mental health of women with addicted spouse in Alborz province. The sample of study was conducted on 50 addicted women who were selected by sampling method. The research method is descriptive correlational.Data was collected by SCL-90-R questionnaire.For the purpose of analyzing the data obtained, the first step is to provide a description of the mental health of each patient, including the maximum, maximum, range of variables, mean, standard deviation and variance of the immediacy of the incidence.To test the research outcomes, the frequency of the test wasdone .The results of the research showed that the addict's spouse suffered more from depression, obsessive- thoughts disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, Hypochondriacsand were less likely to suffer from phobias and psychosis.
