Investigating the Impact of Stock market Management on Economic Development and Growth (Case Study of Iran)

The stock market plays a dual function role in the structure of a free economy: On the one hand, being helpful to increase the capital of government and private sector on the other hand, create a secondary market for dealing with potential and actual capitalists. By using descriptive research method and collecting library resources the impact and role of stock market management on the development and economic growth of Iran was investigated. According to the results, with the management of the stock market and investing in the stock market, it is profitable for both the people and the government of men. Given the good support from the capital market, it is expected to see further growth in this market in the future, which is a positive step towards strengthening the economic base of country.
