Polypyrrole (ppy) nanoparticle was prepared in aqueous media by polymerization of pyrrole using Fecl3 as an oxidant. The product was characterized in terms of morphology, particle size and chemical structure. The chemical structure of the products was studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
