A Comparative Study Of Farabi s And Suhrawardi s Philosophical And Mystical Views Around The Axis Of Happiness

Happiness is the most important thing that human life forces to do,but to achieve true peace .This is something that all human bings,regardlessof any thought or school are trying to achieve and since each person of the human race is subject to a particular religious or school of thoughtand this has led to different interpretatious and views in this regard.Farabi is one of the first Islamic philosophers whose various works have been very effective in shaping the spirit of Islamic Philosophy and Suhrawardi is one of the prominent Islamic mystics who founded the philosophy of enlightenment with the focus on the philosophy and wisdom of ancient Iran and Islamic concepts.Farabi and Suhravardi in their works have used special intellectual tools to explain the subject of happiness and this has caused attention and contemplation in the thoughts of these two great scholars about happiness.In this article an attempt is made to study the meaning and concept of happiness,what and the types of happiness,the meticulousness andskepticism of happiness from the perspective of Farabi and Suhravardi in a descripitive and analytical way.Farabi and Suhravardi have interpretedhappiness in its true sense,which is nothing but joining to God
