خلاصه مقاله:
Interaction of ZnO NPs and hen egg white lysozyme (HEWL) has been studied using spectroscopyand docking simulation. With these experiments, we found that HEWL interact with ZnO NPs is theformation of a HEWL - ZnO NPs complex. Spectroscopic studies of interaction indicate thequenching of HEWL fluorescence by ZnO NPs through static mode. A moderately strong bindingaffinity between ZnO NPs and HEWL has also been observed. This result may be very useful for thewell thought of essential aspects of binding between the HEWL and ZnO NPs.
