Abstract:
Today, the needs of the component market are not possible due to the skills and market knowledge, and due to scientific and technological advances, significant changes in knowledge and the level of quality of interactions in all aspects of human life, buying behavior Customers and how they make decisions have not been without their benefits. This issue is considered as a scientific and professional basis by considering the approach based on artificial intelligence used in this study. Also, eliminating the lack and absence of data in the field of comments database in Persian texts for Iranian customers can be an important aspect in various fields such as business management, marketing management, information technology, accounting, industrial engineering, computer and .. .. be based on the effect of this article. In addition to online stores and social networks for customers to exchange views on various goods, the flow of data about products has been widespread. This collaborative environment has transformed users from passive behaviorists to active content producers on the web. Using such conditions to evaluate the performance of different products can be a key lever in improving the quality of products and services. This is also due to the use of accurate and reliable approaches in evaluating and measuring people's opinions about a product. Today, large online sales companies use approaches based on artificial intelligence and deep neural network learning algorithms to process customers' feelings and opinions about their products, thereby increasing the quality and changes in the structures of their products and services, which is a successful example.It is digital marketing.
