Abstract:
گالیم با استفاده از فرایند استخراج حلال و توسط استخراج کننده Kelex ۱۰۰ از محلول بایر تولید شده در کارخانه آلومینای جاجرم استخراج شد. به منظور استخراج گالیم، فاز آلی استخراج‌کننده حاوی Kelex ۱۰۰، نفت سفید و ایزودکانول بود. در این بررسی درصد حجمی Kelex ۱۰۰ در فاز آلی، درصد حجمی ایزودکانول در فاز آلی، نسبت حجمی فاز آبی به آلی، زمان و دمای فرآیند به عنوان پارامترهای اصلی با استفاده از طراحی آزمایش تاگوچی و به وسیله آرایه (۵۵)L۲۵ بهینه سازی شدند. طراحی آزمایش تاگوچی، دما برابر با ۴۰ درجه سانتیگراد، زمان برابر با ۶۰ دقیقه، نسبت فاز آبی به آلی برابر با ۱:۱ درصد حجمی Kelex ۱۰۰ در فاز آلی برابر با ۱۲% و در صد حجمی ایزودکانول در فاز آلی برابر با ۵% را به عنوان شرایط بهینه استخراج گالیم از محلول بایر معرفی کرد. نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط فوق ۹۲% گالیم استخراج می شود.
