Abstract:

Entrepreneurial activity is considered to be an intentionally planned behavior. Consequently, entrepreneurial intention may be evaluated viatheory of planned behavior. According to Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior, entrepreneurial intention is explained by three antecedents:attitude towards entrepreneurial behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavior control. The main purpose of this study is “Perceived behavior control affects entrepreneurial behavior and there is a significant difference in this effects among engineering and management students in the University of Science and Culture “. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and inferential descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population in this study is all engineering and management students in the University of Science and Culture. The statistical sample size is calculated 334 by using theCochran s formula (101 students of management and 233 students of engineering). In order to examine more accurately and differentiate entrepreneurial from non-entrepreneurial behavior, 30 students who answered the questionnaire are entrepreneurs. the research data are analyzed by SPSS software. This research has two hypotheses that have been analyzed by using Logistic Regression. The results of data analysis show that perceived behavioral control does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior, so the developed theory entrepreneurial behavior. It was also found that no significantdifferences were observed between engineering and management students.
