Tourism and travel are meaningful words that have a very long history. If we choose the word "tourism" for the word "travel" and look at it from an economic perspective; We are facing a very lucrative and profitable branch in the financial field. We all know that the issue of travel and tourism has a special place in our culture, Iranians and especially Muslims. And in our religion, tourism has been repeatedly recommended, even in distant places. In this research, we will also examine the factors affecting religious and cultural tourism and the extent of its impact. The results of the research show that tourism has a special and high status from the perspective of the Islamic school. In this research, it is recommended to use the culture and achievements of other European cultures (Lyon, France) due to its unique structure and architecture, because Lyon, France, due to its appropriate cultural and historical backgrounds and relative success in this field, The title is considered a modern city with tourism capabilities. At the end of the study, considering the high position of tourism in the capital of each community in order to take advantage of cultural and religious tourism opportunities to improve revenues from the cultural and religious tourism industry in Iran as one of the best tricks of non-dependence on dependent economy.
