Abstract:

مواضع و سیاست خارجی قدرت‌های بزرگ همواره تاثیرات ملموسی را درعرصه نظام بین‌المللی و نظام های منطقه ای داشته است. بحران یمن درسال 2011 از یک‌سو ناشی از مسائل ملی و مشکلات داخلی و نارضایتی مردم و از سوی ‌دیگر متاثر از تحولات منطقه‌ای و فراملی، آغاز شد و از سال 2015 با ورود بازیگران فراملی شکل جدیدی به خود گرفت. درمیان بازیگران فراملی، ایالات ‌متحده آمریکا ، ائتلاف عربی به رهبری عربستان‌ سعودی، امارات و ایران نقش پررنگ‌تری نسبت به سایر بازیگران دارند. سوال اصلی اینست که سیاست و مواضع ایالات‌ متحده آمریکا در قبال بحران یمن چگونه ارزیابی می‌گردد؟ فرضیه تحقیق اعلام می دارد که سیاست اصلی آمریکا، ایجاد موازنه قوا میان عربستان و ایران و و در این راستا دامن زدن به تنش و درگیری میان طرف های درگیر برای کاهش توان ایران و وابستگی بیشتر عربستان به غرب است . رویکرد آمریکا حاکی از آنست که تشدید تنش ها باعث افزایش وابستگی کشورهای عربی جنوب خلیج فارس به غرب و تسلیحات آمریکایی می گردد و منابع نفتی و انسانی کشورهای اسلامی منطقه در مسیر نابود سازی یکدیگر هزینه می گردد، سیاستی که اسرائیل نیز شدیدا آنرا دامن می زند. درپژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی وتحلیل اسناد، درصدد تحلیل داده ها هستیم. چهارچوب نظری پژوهش معطوف به بهره‌گیری از نظریه نظام های منطقه ای کانتوری واشپیگل به ویژه مبحث سیستم بازیگران خارجی مداخله‌گر می باشد. هدف نهایی تحقیق، کمک به دستگاه سیاست خارجی ایران برای برنامه ریزی در سیاست های منطقه ای است.
