Spectral clustering by n-Dimensional Visualizer in ENVI

The n-D Visualizer is conjunction with the Minimum Noise Fraction Transform (MNF) and Pixel Purity Index (PPI) results to locate, identify, and cluster the purest. Spectra can be thought of as points in an n dimensional scatter plot, where n is the number of bands. The distribution of these points in n-space can be used to estimate the number of spectral endmembers and their pure spectral signatures.
