خلاصه مقاله:
Today, operating amplifiers have many applications in analog circuits. One of the most important parameters in the design of analog noise circuits, So thatwe need to minimize noise in the output.In this paper, we tried to minimize the noise in the output using the two-circuit circuit. These circuits are designed with 0.13 um CMOS technology, and in order to verify design performance, HSPICE is used to simulate the results.Gain of the amplifier is about 20 dB and input-referred noise can be measured as 62nv/√hz.
