For thisreason, matching Suitable impedance for input and output of low noise amplifier, low noise number, good fault and gain High power consumption along with low power consumption are important considerations in the design of ultra-low noise amplifiers.The proposed LNA is designed for UWBapplications using 180 nm TSMC CMOS process.An excellent noise figure (NF) of 2.30–2.7 dB was obtained in the required band with a power dissipation of 5.6 mW under a supply voltage of 1 V
