خلاصه مقاله:
an iterative method for the damage based design of building frames is proposed . The iteration begins from a primary structure which can have any desired distribution of stiffness or strength . However the final response is always unique . Structural damage both in stories and members levels are sistributed according to different patterns and response results are compared to the IBC2006 design by use of a certain damage index.inall stages the strong column weak beam yield mechanism based on yielding of beams of a story before its columns is enforced.
