Abstract:

short links are always advisable rather than intermediate and long links because of their better stiffness. Strength and ductility but the architectural limitation made the usage of intermediate and long links inevitable in many cases . A general comparison among the performance of these three link types are carried out in the paper . intermediate and long links are focused and the effect of different parameters on their behavior is studied.
