Abstract:

مقدمه پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی به شیوه درمان متمرکز برشفقت بر شرم درونی شده در زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی بود که به شیوه پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه این پژوهش متشکل از زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی بودند که به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان شناختی راستین، آرام، ترنم و باران در شهر گرگان در سال 1398 مراجعه نموده بودند. 24 زن آسیب دیده از خیانت همسر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه 12 نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مقیاس شرم درونی شده کوک (1993) بود که در مراحل پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه تکمیل گردید. مشاوره گروهی به شیوه درمان متمرکز بر شفقت در 13 جلسه 120 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. داده‌ها توسط آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر نشان داد که مشاوره گروهی به شیوه درمان متمرکز بر شفقت موجب کاهش شرم درونی شده آزمودنی‌های گروه تحت مداخله در مراحل پس آزمون و پیگیری شده بود. همچنین مداخله درمانی بر مولفه‌های شرم درونی شده (کمرویی، عزت نفس) اثر مثبت و معناداری داشت. (01/0 > p) نتیجه‌گیری نتایج مطالعه حاضر اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت در کاهش شرم درونی شده زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی را مورد تایید قرار داد.
