Abstract:
This paper present a concurrent narrowband 2.4GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with the very low supply voltage and power consumtion. The Impedance matching at the targeted frequency obtained, using the miller effect of the intrinsic gate-drain capacitor. Utilizing a folded cascode structure and the forward body biased transistors for reduction of the threshold voltage, the LNA work under the supply voltage of 0.5v and consume very low power of the 5mW. Howbeit, it also exhibit a power gain of 15dB and input return loss of -11.9dB at 2.4GHz frequency. Noise figure is also below 1. 5dB.
