Abstract:

شهرها به عنوان پیچیده­ترین ساخته­ دست بشر با ریسک­های گسترده­ای (هم به دلیل وجود دامنه وسیعی از مخاطرات و تغییرات و هم به علت آسیب­پذیری­های چندگانه­شان) روبه­رو هستند. بنابراین پرداختن به رویکردهای نوین مواجهه با اختلالات و بلایا ضروری می­نماید. از آنجا که در حال حاضر دیدگاه غالب از تمرکز صرف بر مبنای آسیب­پذیری و مقاوم­سازی به افزایش تاب­آوری در برابر اختلالات تغییر پیدا کرده، این مقاله در صدد است که با مطرح کردن بحث تاب­آوری در حوزه شهرسازی با تدوین الگویی منسجم بتواند به ارتقای توانایی شهرها به عنوان نظام­های پویا و خود سازمانده در مقابله با اختلالات به ویژه بحران­های زیست محیطی بپردازد. در این راستا هدف مقاله حاضر، تحلیل و تعیین مؤلفه­های تأثیرگذار بر تاب­آوری بوم شناسانه براساس تفکر بوم­شناسی شهری، دستیابی به معیارها و ایجاد الگویی برای ارتقای تاب­آوری بوم شناسانه شهرهاست. روش تحقیق در این مقاله کیفی است و به­منظور شناخت و تحلیل داده­ها از روش تحلیل مضمون و ابزار تحلیلی شبکه مضامین و تحلیل مقایسه­ای بهره گرفته شده است. بر مبنای تحلیل کیفی انجام شده، مجموعه­ای از مهم­ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر تاب­آوری به عنوان مقولات اصلی شکل دهنده­ الگوی پیشنهادی تاب­آوری بوم شناسانه شهر در قالب شش زمینه­ اصلی (ساختار طبیعی، عملکردها و فرآیندهای بوم ساخت، عملکردها و فرآیندهای اجتماعی_اقتصادی، شکل شهر، نهادها و دانش و آگاهی) تبیین شده­اند. نتایج مقاله نشان می­دهد که تاب­آوری بوم شناسانه شهرها بر مبنای دانش بوم­شناسی شهری، تحت تأثیر برهمکنش­های پویا میان فرآیندهای اجتماعی_اقتصادی و زیستی_فیزیکی قرار دارد که الگوی تدوین شده و معیارهای تنظیم شده در این مقاله، امکان ارتقای تاب­آوری شهرها را میسر می­سازد. الگوی پیشنهادی راهنمای کلی برای برنامه­ریزان، طراحان و مدیران شهری در راستای دستیابی به تاب­آوری بوم شناسانه در شهرهاست. همچنین با توجه به یکپارچه­سازی مقولات تأثیرگذار بر تاب­آوری، خلأ شناسایی شده ناشی از عدم وجود چارچوبی منسجم در خصوص بعد بوم شناسانه تاب­آوری را نیز پوشش می­دهد.
