Evaluation of Iranian nursing science production from the perspective of joint writings with other countries

Introduction: The present study aims to investigate and evaluate the production of Iranian nursing science from the perspective of joint writings with other countries.Method: The research is of applied type and has been done by descriptive-survey method with the help of scientometric and network analysis indicators. The statistical population of the study includes all scientific productions of Iranian researchers in the field of nursing in the Web of Science citation index, the total number of which is equal to 1690 degrees. Results: The research findings showed that Tehran University of Medical Sciences and researchers of Carolinska Institute have the greatest impact on the production of joint science of Iran and other countries in the field of nursing. The topic "PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH" requires the highest level of cooperation at the international level. Also, studies have shown that Iranian researchers in the field of nursing are very willing to cooperate with the United States. Studies have also shown that NURSING ETHICS magazine has published the largest number of Iranian articles internationally. Conclusion: Despite the increase in the number of joint products of Iran and other countries in recent years, there is a significant difference between the amount of production and products that have been done jointly at the international level. Therefore, it can be concluded that researchers in this field have little inclination to collaborate with researchers in other countries. Given the benefits of such studies, researchers in the field in the country should study more in collaboration with other countries.
