Abstract:

In the present work, we proposed a novel naked-eye sensor based on the ALR-MR-Hg2+ system with short assay time and high sensitivity to detect biologically important anions in real samples. Under the optimal conditions, the naked-eye detection limits were 0.2 ʽM and 70.95 nM for Hg2+ and carbonate ion respectively. The linear regions are obtained from 1.2 to 93.0 ʽM and 3.87 to 65.85 ʽM for Hg2+ and carbonate ion respectively. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the ALR-MR-Hg2+ probe has excellent selectivity, high sensitivity and quick response for carbonate.
