Investigating the relationship between human and machine factors in the interactive decision-making process

The real world events often very complex and modeling of such systems sometimes very complicated and time consuming. Also some of these systems are so complicated that a vast amount of time is needed for analyze and modeling these systems. In this paper we intend to consider human and machine cooperation in decision making problems. As you know the important portion of problems that we encountered in daily life is decision making problems. Decision Support Systems (DSS) using mathematical models was born in the middle of past century. Initial origin of these decision sciences similar to many other new approaches in military applications and in the early 1960's, this approach gradually enter to the fields of industrial and business applications. In this paper in addition to familiar with the concepts and basic principles of information systems and types, decision support systems as one such system been introduced and their role in the promotion of environment affairs decision-making is mentioned. Also a study of such system in new customer behavior analysis has been done and the results from the application of these systems in facilitating human decision-making processes have been expressed.
