Abstract:
Human resource management as one of the most important pillars of management in the organization has always been considered by researchers, but there are few studies on the negative points and mistakes that may occur in the implementation of human resource management. As an essential element of employee relations in the organization, human resource management can have a significant impact on employee performance, increase stress and the growth of counterproductive behaviors. In today's world, the behavior of the organization is not considered separate from the behavior of the employees of the organization and any movement of employees and their behavior can threaten the social status and social responsibilities of the organization. These behaviors, with the various costs they impose on organizations, are often ignored and threaten the long-term existence of organizations. In the present study, the active role of human resource management in the occurrence of these behaviors is examined and the mediating role of organizational support perception is discussed.
