Abstract:

دانه‌های روغنی پس از غلات دومین ذخایر غذایی جهان را تشکیل می‌دهند. بر اساس آمارهای موجود بیش از 95 درصد روغن مورد نیاز کشور، وارداتی است. شناسایی مناسب‌ترین ترکیب اسیدهای چرب در گیاهان دانه روغنی از لحاظ تغذیه‌ای و به‌نژادی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. گیاه ﻛﺎﻣﻠﻴﻨﺎ با نام علمی (Camelina sativa L.) ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ روﻏﻨﻲ-داروﻳﻲ و ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده شب‌بوئیان است که نیاز آبی و کودی بسیار محدود دارد. این آزمایش به‌منظور معرفی ترکیبات اسیدهای چرب و ارزیابی تنوع 137 لاین هاپلوئید مضاعف کاملینا از طریق تخمین ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی و ژنوتیپی، وراثت‌پذیری و پیشرفت ژنتیکی اجرا شد. ارزیابی مقادیر اسید‌های چرب در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار انجام شد. تعیین اسید چرب با استفاده از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی نشان داد که 18 نوع اسید چرب در روغن دانه کاملینا موجود است. در این بررسی بالاترین تغییرات فنوتیپی و ژنوتیپی به‌ترتیب در اسیدهای چرب C14:0 و C16:1 و بالاترین میزان وراثت‌پذیری برای اسیدهای چرب C20:0 (96.49 درصد)، C20:2 (98.92 درصد) و C20:3 (98.59 درصد) برآورد شد. در این پژوهش دو لاین با مقادیر 36.67-35.81 درصد لینولنیک اسید و چهار لاین با مقادیر بین 23.00-22.08 درصد لینولئیک اسید معرفی گردید. نسبت امگا 6 به امگا 3 در لاین‌های مورد بررسی این تحقیق 0.759 ≥ X ≥ 0.479 حاصل گردید.
