A Discourse Analysis of Effects of Literature on Politics

We always use literature in our daily life in different ways and in different situations we change our sentences and try to talk in other ways. We are using it non-stop but, do we know what is Literature? Do we know how does Literature affect? Literature can always teach everything. It can mix its aesthetics with philosophy, politics, science and other things to affect. Moreover, literature can have effect on a society in different ways and change the way that people live and think. There are lots of novel that are effective, for example "1984" or "War and Peace" which was about their society, history and politics. So, I would say that literature can certainly develop the awareness of politics in citizens, because lots of critics and problems in every society comes from some problems of politics or politicians. But why politics is more important?After reasoning about importance of literature in politics, I will go ahead. Perhaps some questions come to our mind that, is there any traditional connection between politics and literature? How are those connections? Why students of politics have to pass literature as a source of political understanding? There were connections between literature and politics traditionally, because it was the first tool of raising nations and kingdoms. Other reason is literature itself, because it is primary source for political studies in political university. And the final reason is great effects of using literature for speaking on audience, not only in a political speech, but in all kinds of talking.Finally, we all know literature and its uses in our daily life. But, the effects of literature in politics follow another end. The purpose of using literature in politics is not to represent ideas or fact, but to re-present what politicians want, to hold up that mirror in a light that enables them to stay effective and powerful. Literature is a powerful gun not for killing, but for persuading, controlling and talking sufficiently. This power makes me to write about effects of literature in politics.
