Comprehensive transcriptome analysis for Construction of transcriptional regulatory network of human colon cancer

Colon cancer is the fourth most deadly cancer in the world.Unfortunately, there is no specific and certain treatment for this cancer[1,2].Deciphering molecular mechanism inducing colon cancer formation, as well as sustaining its identity seem to be useful for developing a new strategy to control its progression. The purpose of this study was to find the key transcription factors (TFs) controlling transcriptional regulatory network in colon cancer.
