Identification of Differentially Expressed Genes in PBMCs of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Bioinformatics Analysis

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a primary malignancy of the liver and accounts for 75% to 80% of all liver cancers. In 2018, it was the sixth most common cancer and the fourth leading cause of death worldwide [1]. Thus, early diagnosis, prognosis, and understanding the pathogenesis of this disease seem necessary for improving HCC patients’ health and survival.
