Water is an important natural resource to all formsof life and their existence; for mankind, it is the backbone of growthand prosperity the growing demands for it against the limitedtemporal natural endowment and its increasing scarcity could resultin devastating conflicts and catastrophes.The goal of this article is to intended to explore how willsafeguard water resources in the future, both with respect to quantityand quality and how it will use these resources in the best way. Alsorecommendations to help overcome anticipated water challengesand to optimize the available opportunities were provided in thisworthwhile study as knowledge of water resource planning ispresently very limited.
