Abstract:

One of the important systems of auxiliary vessels in the vessels is the air conditioning system.It is very important since this system provides comfortable conditions for people and personnel on board. With a great deal of research and development, significant advances have been made in designing this system in a smaller but more efficient space. Studies and comparisons on the performance of buoyancy air conditioners are scarce and little has been published on building air conditioning systems. And for such a buoy, no such comparison has been made. In this paper, conventional air conditioning systems have been technically and economically compared. After investigations, the VRF system has been proposed to provide cryogenic loads to living spaces and it has been suggested to supply fresh air to the unit's living spaces. However, the choice of system depends on several factors, such as the floating user, the number of spaces Ventilation, anticipated space for installation of ventilation equipment and climate depends on the use of the vessel and that makes the choice difficult. In the end, how to calculate the cryogenic load of the floating living spaces and the results of the software calculations are shown.
