Bonded sheets under rolling with Spontaneous welding

In rolling process that sometimes is done with two or threelayer, in significant condition welding between layers isspontaneous and no need to extra action. This condition almostis confident able and is applicable in industry. Scientific sourceshave no issue about this condition. In this research FEM beapplied to analysis this circumstantial. Two layer and threelayers rolling be simulated and results is that thickness of layershas no effect on spontaneous welding and material witharrangement of them has effect on spontaneous welding. Thisphenomenon is probable in two layer rolling in comparison withmultilayer rolling.
