Abstract:

The effectiveness and success of an organization depends on employee performance and prioritization of different types of job motivators. Job satisfaction can be one of the most important and influential factors in the performance of employees in any organization. Researchers try to identify different influential components of job satisfaction to measure relatively important components. This action requires explaining the concept of job satisfaction correctly and clearly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting employee job satisfaction. In this study, first, the issues related to the research literature were approved by experts with reference to valid articles and models, as well as the opinions of experts on job satisfaction of 15 effective factors. After designing the questionnaire, it was given to managers and experts in the field of human resources and was analyzed using the fuzzy Vikor approach. The results showed that "motivational factors" and "individual factors" were identified as the most important factors affecting the job satisfaction of human resources.
