خلاصه مقاله:
The concept of security underwent extensive changes in the last decades of the twentieth century. Security was removed from the mere emphasis on its military dimension, and the dimensions of security in different parts of the world were emphasized. One of the basic foundations for the realization of various dimensions of security in the world is the interdependence of the concept of security in developed and developing states. Indeed, the transition from national and international security to global security has emphasized that global security can only be achieved when both developed and developing countries work to achieve security and the achievement of security in various dimensions are the concern of all countries. In this regard, the present article seeks to examine the evolution of the concept of security and emphasize the concept of global security, to argue that security in today's world requires the participation of all countries, both developed and developing. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical based on library and digital resources. The results of the research show that the dependence of developed and developing states on global security is undeniable; The lack of cooperation and participation of governments in the realization of security has dangerous consequences for each of the developed and developing states.
