Abstract:

In this research, a satisfied synthesis method is given of AuInO2(AIO) nanostructures via a new, green and cheap solid-state thermal decomposition route for the first time. The prepared gold (I) salicylate, [Au(HSal)], was presented as a good appropriate precursor for gaining AuInO2 nanostructures. The synthesized samples were characterized by SEM, FTIR, XPS. Moreover , the efficiency of AIO nanoparticles as a photocatalyst for decolorization of rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light irradiation was verified. The synthesized AIO nanoparticles showed the extraordinary photocatalytic activity and in presence of AIO, 99.99% , degradation of RhB was obtained after 200 min.KEYWORDS
