The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences between the various dimensions of job satisfaction among participants in the Modern Educational Architecture Festival in comparison with other teachers. In terms of purpose, among the applied researches and in terms of the method of implementation among the descriptive research, correlation was found. The statistical society in this study was all teachers who had completed the two academic years 95-96 and 96-97. This community was North of 30, all of whom were selected as statistical samples. In order to compare the results, a group of 30 other members were selected among the teachers who did not attend the festival. The data collection tool in this study was Minnesota's job satisfaction questionnaire with a reliability of 0.86. Findings showed that there were no significant differences between the dimensions of the payment system, type of occupation, opportunities for development, organizational climate and leadership style in the two groups. But in the case of physical condition, there was a significant difference between the two groups at the level of p <0.05.
