Language Policy and Management

Management seems to have the upper hand in many issues of concern in societies. Whether the management is sound and scientific and at the same time humane is one matter, and that it definitely is in the position of dictating or at least settling the issues in the human societies is another. This paper attempts to touch on the role of management in language policy domain and management and to focus the attention of the audience on some issues of language policy through opinion seeking by the development and administration of some questionnaire to some 45 final participants in the study. The results reflect the participants overall mental impact of what they think of the status quo and what might come in the coming decades regarding some language related issues and some upcoming invader in effect though not officially called so. The findings might trigger further research in a wider scope.
