Abstract:

Introduction: Motion analysis is the science of studying and recognizing mechanical andmuscular movements of the human body with the help of measuring instruments. The mostimportant concern of the rehabilitation and medical community is to know the anatomy ofhuman body movements during various activities and to choose the best way to rehabilitateand treat potentially damaged areas. Lifting the load is one of the most important actionsduring daily activities and work of human beings. Lack of knowledge of how to perform thisaction correctly and not knowing the mass of objects in the activity, always causes stress anddamage to the human body. The purpose of this study is to analyze the kinematics of thejoints and muscles of the lower and upper extremities of the subjects during unexpectedloadings to identify the effects of muscle rehabilitation and to prepare a model to reduce thepotential for injury.Materials and Methods: This study was performed on 7 healthy subjects with an averageheight of 182 and an age range of 22 years. The markers were applied to the volunteer's bodyon the elbow and forearm and on both sides of the wrist with double-sided adhesive. Then thelifting test was performed in three stages; In the first stage, the volunteers lifted the lightobject three times separately and without knowing its weight; Then, in the next steps, theylifted the other weights in the same way. Results: During light weight lifting, the amount of fatigue of each subject is observed longerthan the average weight lifting position. This is also seen when lifting medium to heavyweights. Conclusion: During the lifting of the load, the higher the angle of the elbow joint, the less thefatigue caused by this operation will be, and also, the lower the speed of lifting the objects, the lower the fatigue rate will be. It is recommended that there be several breaks when liftingintermittently. According to the information obtained in the wrist area, the greater the angle ofthe forearm and palm limbs and is in the same direction, the higher the physical efficiency ofthe person and the range of motion of the limb, and the fatigue caused by work occurs later.
