Abstract:

در این مطالعه با استفاده از اطلاعات مربوط به ارزش افزوده میزان اشتغال و سطح سرمایهگذاری در ۲۳ شاخه از صنایع مختلف کارخانهای ایران براساس کدهای بینالمللی ISIC میزان اشتغالزایی موجود با توان و ظرفیت اشتغالزایی صنایع مختلف در دوره زمانی ۱۳۸۸-۱۳۷۴ مقایسه شده است. نتایج نشان میدهند اشتغال موجود نسبت به ظرفیت اشتغالزایی صنعتی کشور بسیار ناچیز است. بهعبارتدیگر روند رشد و تغییرات ساختاری در تولید نه تنها همراه با اشتغالزایی نبوده، بلکه موجب اشتغالزدایی صنعتی در کشور شده است. اگرچه برخی صنایع پویا مانند صنایع ماشینآلات و وسائط حملونقل و صنایع شیمیایی و پتروشیمی تا حدودی این نقصان را جبران کردهاند، اما بااینحال میزان و حدود اشتغالزایی آنها محدود بوده و در نتیجه طی دوره ذکر شده اشتغالزدایی صنعتی انجام شده است.
