Abstract:

Syncope is the state of lack of consciousness and temporal loss of postural tone. Syncope might be in association with a variety of benign and life-threatening conditions. Pulmonary embolism (PE) has been shown to be associated with syncope in ۱۳-۳۰ percent of cases. This article presents a novel case report of PE whom syncope was his only manifestation.
