Paly is considered as one of every child's needs which while entertaining the child, prepares her/his toenter real life. Toys have a major role in children's life and are of utmost importance in their growthand development. Play and toys are considered as a stimulus to improve the child's intelligence whichplay a major role in his/her development. For this reason, toy manufacturing companies are veryimportant. The present study has examined a toy manufacturing company in Iran. Waste managementis considered as one of the problems of various companies. This study was carried out aimed toimprove waste management in the company. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats(SWOT) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) methods have been used to introducestrategies to improve the company's waste. These methods are considered as the most well-known andcommon methods to introduce and identify strategy and strategic management. Strategies areintroduced after identifying internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors(Opportunities and Threats). Then, the weight of each strategy is calculated. Managers and experts ofthe company are able to reduce costs and increase the quality of products by implementing importantstrategies, while managing and planning the company's waste.
