Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a mathematical technique used to evaluate the efficiency of a productive units group, called Decision Making Units (DMUs). This paper focuses to Introduce and provide a new approach in sustainability assessment. The purpose of present study is to compare the relative efficiency of Regions of Isfahan and identify the efficient DMUs( in terms Urban sustainability indicators). Accordingly, Region ۳ is the most efficient Region, With a Efficiency of ۰.۳۴۱ (from the standpoint of ideal) and Efficiency of ۱.۱۵۰ (in terms of anti-ideal view).RC index and Final efficiency of Region ۳ is ۰.۹۶۴. For this reason, the Region ۳ is the most efficient Region In terms of urban sustainability.
