Abstract:

The effects of exercise on various aspects of cancer have become more pronounced in recent years. Studies have shown the effects of exercise on prevention, the various stages of cancer, the stages of treatment, and after treatment.Lung cancer is the most common cancer in the world. Lung cancer - one of the most common malignancies - that. More than half the risk of developing this cancer can be prevented through diet, overweight, and tobacco control. studies have been shown that regular exercise plays an important role in the recovery of cancer patients. Regular exercise is associated with a reduction in the development of various cancers, an increase in patient survival, a reduction in cancer mortality, and an improvement in the quality of life of patients undergoing treatment. studies have shown that exercise improves innate and acquired immunity and helps control the growth of cancer. high-intensity interval training improves running capacity and muscle function and reduces tumor growth. Physical activity also reduces the risk of lung cancer and is effective in inhibiting and reversing the tumor. Studies have shown that anaerobic activity reduces the development of lung tumors. Exercise is associated with a reduction in the accumulation of oxidative damage to DNA as well as an increase in the repair of DNA and proteins in healthy cells in the long term and an increase in the induction of apoptosis and DNA repair agents in patients with lung cancer.Responding to exercise has many consequences. For this reason, doctors and specialists have recommended that the intensity of exercise for cancer patients should be effective and safe, and an exercise program that is low or moderate
