Abstract:

Due to the growth and development of technology and more use of cyberspace by citizens and the expansion of e-government services in cyberspace, new problems have been created, the most important of which are; It is the digital divide that is created in various dimensions and in various forms and causes many problems and social injustice. The digital divide has been used in a variety of meanings, but the most important definition; The difference is in the level of access to services in cyberspace, which means that some individuals or groups due to more facilities, higher education, higher internet speed, more powerful computer, etc. than others, in using services, especially services. E-government is gaining ground in cyberspace and the rights of others are being violated. Also, as the government expands its e-government services in cyberspace, it should strive to minimize the digital divide and emulate the actions of developed countries and their solutions, Increasing people's knowledge, fair and correct distribution of Internet access (equal speed everywhere), access to technology for all people, proper planning, etc. But because the digital divide is a broad concept and has a wide range and appears in various forms, measures to minimize the digital divide must be continuous and dynamic, and this requires up-to-date research and statistics. In this article, we intend to first define the digital divide, then describe its types and examine the appropriate solutions to solve this problem.
