Abstract:

The present study investigates the relationship between the use of technology in education and the factors affecting mobile learning in education from the perspective of elementary school teachers. The present research was a basic, descriptive survey of correlation and structural equations. The statistical population of all primary school teachers in District ۲ of Urmia city in the academic year ۲۰۱۹-۲۰۲۰ (۹۸۴ people). The sample size was determined by cluster random method with Krejcie and Morgan table of ۲۷۵ people. Data with questionnaires, Application of technology in education (Yavoz, ۲۰۰۵) and Mobile learning and teaching (Khosravi et al., ۲۰۱۴), collect and with software’s (SPSS V. ۲۶) and (Lisrel V. ۱۰) were analyzed. The results showed that there is a correlation between the application of educational technology and mobile learning and level of application of educational technology and mobile learning is acceptable and the components of the application of educational technology give a positive explanation and they become meaningful mobile learners. Governments must help education systems to expand the use of new technologies in education and from this perspective; it promotes education and mobile learning in students and students of university and teachers and professors to be.
