Abstract:

The aim of the present study is to compare assessment and evaluation in mobile learning and its effectiveness on students' test anxiety. The research method was quasi-experimental and its design was pre-test and post-test with two experimental and control groups. The statistical population in this study was the sixth grade students of Shazand city in the academic year ۱۳۹۹-۱۴۹۹. The sample size was ۳۰ people (۱۵ in the control group and ۱۵ in the experimental group) who were selected by purposive sampling. The Spielberger test anxiety questionnaire was used to collect data. At first, both groups completed the questionnaire, and then the independent variable, which was a game of measurement and evaluation in mobile learning, was performed by the researcher on the experimental group during ۸ sessions, and the control group was measured and evaluated in the traditional way (paper pencil). It was done. Then again, both experimental and control groups completed the test anxiety questionnaire. After collecting data, descriptive indicators and in inferential statistics section, analysis of covariance was used. The results of the study indicate that the playfulness of assessment and evaluation in mobile learning has a significant effect on reducing students' test anxiety.
