Abstract:

The purpose of the present study is Identify and rank the challenges of using mobile learning during Corona outbreak using AHP hierarchical analysis method. To this end In the first stage Through library studies, Search reputable scientific sites And finally an interview with ۹ people From managers and experts Related to the field of mobile learning In the Education Organization of Mazandaran Province, paid To identify the challenges of applying mobile learning. After identification Challenges of using mobile learning, Aiming to rank them Was formed Hierarchical tree And based on that designed AHP questionnaire And it placed At the disposal of ۲۹ relevant managers and experts. After obtaining Preliminary data Extracted from questionnaires To form pairwise comparison matrices paid For criteria at different levels And based on Row sum method Relative weights Each of the components And their own sub-criteria Computing And Were ranked Based on them. Based on the results, In the first place is importance Individual challenges with a relative weight of ۰.۴۰۲ And the factor of educational challenges with a relative weight of ۰.۲۱۴ in the second place And the factor of executive challenges with a relative weight of ۰.۱۹۷ in the third place And the factor of technical challenges with a relative weight of ۰.۱۸۷ in the fourth place.
