خلاصه مقاله:
The following paper focuses on generator end winding vibrations of MAPNA ۲۵۰MVA turbo generator. Base on the periodic force during generator operation, the designer should prevent occurring resonance on a generator. This article designs a unique support system that controls the generator from failure due to operation time. Besides, this support should sustain the large electromagnetic forces in short circuit occurrence. A detailed FEM analysis was investigated to facilitate this design for various design cases. This model contains a large number of parts, contacts, and materials. There is also a large number of challenges regarding unique material modeling. An experimental investigation to validate numerical results was done as well. Validations of numerical solutions with the practical test are investigated, which results show a good fit with numerical data. Finally, the natural frequency extracted from the numerical and experimental investigation shows that the turbo-generators vibration prevents resonance in various operational times
