Investigation the effectiveness of supply chain management onmanufacturing companies' performance (Case Study: Car Parts Suppliers of IRAN KHODRO and SAIPA)

In recent years, the traditional paradigm of competition between manufacturing companies has turned to the competition between supply chains, which is why companies incrementally seek to reduce supply costs, improve efficiency, and enhance supply chain quality and thus competitiveness. To this end, the present study investigated the level of SCM performance effectiveness on supply chain and manufacturing companies' performance. This study is practical and descriptive-analytic work in terms of objective and nature. The field and survey data collection method were used, and the required data were gathered through a questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of managers and experts of the supply chain in all car part-makers in Iran. To determine the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables and analyze statistical data, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS).
