The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Graphene is a Super Material with Special Properties

Graphene is a two-dimensional structure of a single layer of carbon honeycomb network. Graphene has become a unique material due to its excellent properties in electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, high density and mobility of load carriers, optical conductivity and mechanical properties. Due to these extraordinary properties, this new solid-state system is considered as a very good candidate to replace silicon in the next generation of photonic and electronic components, and therefore has attracted little history in basic and applied research. In this article, an overview of the graphene supernatant will be presented, as well as how to produce this two-dimensional material. General information about carbon nanotubes is also given in this article
