Power Transformer Smart Asset Management, The Digitalization to Apropos Development of Future Power Systems

Transformers are the main components of a power system that are subject to various stresses. These stresses include thermal, mechanical, and electrical. These stresses are due to the aging of the transformers. The major power transformers in the world are the elderly. If transformers are equippedwith sensors, these sensors can cause an alarm after the transformer breaks down. This makes the transformer health assessment a complex and challenging task. The latest state of the digitalization of transformers is the subject of this paper to achieve smart asset management of transformers for theapropos development of power systems
